“In response to a high demand for local seniors’ housing, the Lions Manor is expanding to add 71 more suites to its facility; 30 one-bedroom and 41 two-bedroom suites. The addition will include a fourth main entrance, an elevator and a second, larger multipurpose room. Two guest suites, for visiting friends and family, are also part of the plan bringing the total number of available guest suites to four.
Still in its early stages, the expansion is slated for completion by October of 2017. A number of one-bedroom suites remain available for rental. To apply for a one bedroom suite, please fill out our application and send it to the Stonewall & District Lions Manor administration offices with a $500 deposit.

Should you be offered, and decide to accept, a suite in the new addition, you will be able to pick your suite from those that are available. At that time, we will require a $1,000 deposit (a $500 payment, as you will have already made a $500 application deposit) to hold the suite. Our lending institution requires that half of the Life Lease entrance fee, or $24,000 for a one-bedroom is due within 21 days of sign up. The remaining balance of the entrance fee will be due 30 days prior to your move-in date in the summer/fall of 2017.”
